Continued from the July 2011 holistic email newsletter
At one of our freestyle performances in the fall, Teri and I had the opportunity to help Okalani and Leslie (everything happens when it is supposed to) do a nutritional consultation. Using
we determined that Okalani needed a combination of wet and dry food. She needed a grain free diet. We muscle tested for proteins to include in her diet and we found that she should not eat chicken. She was already on a daily probiotic and salmon oil, which was a must in her daily diet.
After this change to her diet there have been NO more skin or ear issues, nor any other health issues! She is a happy little girl who is lovin’ life and becoming involved in canine musical freestyle and agility. Okalani will perform for the VERY first time at the Houston Reliant Dog Show this coming weekend.
Trust yourself when your intuition tells you something! You know your pet better than anyone else. Leslie did and we were able to solve Okalani’s nutritional issues. If they had not been rectified, this would have led to a miserable life for her dog with skin rash after skin rash that most likely would have developed into a more serious health issue over time. Remember, do NOT wait when you are faced with a health or behavioral issue. And even better, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Your goal is to make holistic care a way of life, not a last resort.
is the best way to find out what kind of diet your pet should be on and the beauty of it is that when you know how to do it, you can recheck the diet anytime, keeping in mind dietary needs change with seasons and as your pet ages. Until July 31st, you can get the
30 page muscle testing instructional ebook for just $10.
